How do I subscribe to the Online Baseline Assessment?

Send the completed order form via e-mail as an attachment or send by normal post.

Please note that it is vital that a valid and readable e-mail address is given on the form as, once subscribed, this will be used to e-mail log-in details for your school and later on to send the processed results of each assessment for your students.

Note: If you a state school in England, you can use the free e-learning credits to pay for your subscription. Tick the box on the order form to indicate that you are using eLCs.

Each subscription is valid for one academic year (i.e. September 2008 to August 2009).
